    bullet Test Plan Development and Testing - Responsible for creating a detailed test specification (145 pages) for VideoThang™ and Z-Clip™. Helped implement a hardware test environment for Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista testing of the applications.
    Business Requirements Document - For the Panasonic consumers electronics ecommerce web site, captured the business requirements for a major redesign of their online store including architectural requirements and shopping enhancements. For Radware, an applications hardware vendor, created the discovery documentation to define a major web-site relaunch project.
    Pharmaceutical Consumer Relationship Marketing Program Bible - Worked on two major releases of a consumer relationship marketing program for a two billion dollar drug brand, that detailed all the business requirements and technical implementation details for database design, data flows, web sites, call centers, and on-demand print fulfillment of a variety of program benefits.
    Marketing Web Site Standard - Created a corporate standard for Novartis, that described guidelines for the design, presentation, and organization of information for disease and condition web sites for consumers and healthcare professionals.
  Software Tools: Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Microsoft Word expert, Onimgraffle (a Visio-like product), and Adobe Acrobat.

  Novo Nordisk for Todd Street ProductionsBased on research and findings from a previous project phase, developed a calendar tool prototype to implement and manage home office to sales force communications. Created the interface to manage a shared community calendar to manage communication events for multiple teams. Created a functional specification and estimates to design, code and implement the tool. Presented the tool prototype to the client team.
    bullet Vitals – Developed functional specification from scratch to support campaign management for patient referrals for physicians and hospitals advertising on the Vitals family of properties (Vitals.com, UCompareHealthcare.com, and syndication partner web sites). Reviewed existing system to help capture a minimum functional set of requirements, then interviewed the sales and support/implementation teams to define a system and strategy to meet their future business needs. Created mockups and prototypes to present to internal teams. Developed a new community strategy to support the integration with open source software for doctor ratings.
    bullet Interbrand/Brandwizard – Helped develop software related to digital asset brand management. Worked on a variations of their software packages from one-off custom code items for individual clients, to toolkit-version items that were used for all clients. Gathered information on client requirements (TD Bank, Department of Commerce, AT&T) to craft enhancements to existing installations. Created working prototypes to demonstrate decision-tree software implementations (SAP), and created supporting detailed state machines, interaction diagrams, logic diagrams, and user experience wireframes to support the new features for developers.
    bullet Gurdian Life Insurance - Helped to revise enrollment forms for better usability and streamlining of data entry for forms processing.
    bullet Merck with EMC Consulting - Worked on Global Digital Strategy project for Merck. Part of the team helping to define the digital strategy across global web sites in the branded and unbranded Merck properties. Worked on development of specification for an internal SharePoint site for the NYC Economic Development Corporation.
