Interviewed corporate stakeholders, and worked with in-house usability testing to define and refine the application interface and user flows. Helped define and refine the user experience for a windows-based video editing software application called VideoThang™.
    Business Requirements Document - For the Panasonic consumers electronics ecommerce web site, captured the business requirements for a major redesign of their online store including architectural requirements and shopping enhancements. For Radware, an applications hardware vendor, created the discovery documentation to define a major web-site relaunch project.
    bullet Windows Help Files - Created Windows help system for VideoThang™ and Z-Clip™ and maintained those systems through multiple versions. Help files were linked to the application through context sensitive IDs.
    bullet Test Plan Development and Testing - Responsible for creating a detailed test specification (145 pages) for VideoThang™ and Z-Clip™. Helped implement a hardware test environment for Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista testing of the applications.
    Pharmaceutical Consumer Relationship Marketing Program Bible - Worked on two major releases of a consumer relationship marketing program for a two billion dollar drug brand, that detailed all the business requirements and technical implementation details for database design, data flows, web sites, call centers, and on-demand print fulfillment of a variety of program benefits.
    Marketing Web Site Standard - Created a corporate standard for Novartis, that described guidelines for the design, presentation, and organization of information for disease and condition web sites for consumers and healthcare professionals.
